“The Schuster family at EverGreen explained in detail the energy efficiency of a SIP home as well as the importance of energy efficient lighting, proper air exchange and the Energy Star program. They answered all of our questions and we were very impressed by their knowledge in building a quality energy efficient home. There are many exceptional homebuilders in our area, but no one with this kind of knowledge and experience in building a true energy efficient home. Needless to say, after several meetings we decided to build a SIP home with them.
During the process we were very impressed with our choice. The accuracy of the SIPs product and the quality of the work was tremendous. Each member of the family had their expertise in design, construction, lighting and décor; which made the process very hassle and worry free. They were conscientious of keeping a clean and manageable worksite as well as reducing construction waste. It was a pleasure working with them every step of the way, they were honest and up front with everything and stayed true to their word. They do business in a different way and we like that. After being in our home over 6 months we are very happy to report that the heating/cooling bills are as projected. In January our heating bill totaled $52 on an 1800 square foot home with finished basement! We attribute the savings to EverGreen Construction and Structural Insulated Panels and we would highly recommend their work to anyone.”
