Bellevue Projects Coming Along

Both of our projects in Bellevue are coming along well. Kraus is working on the under slab ductwork for the Hoxmeier project, and we got the Thermomass all ready to go for Sieverding. The plan today is to get as much of the ductwork done at the first, and get the foundation setup as much as possible at the second. Photos after the break…

2nd Bellevue Custom Home Underway

EverGreen has broken ground on a new custom home in Bellevue, IA; the second in as many weeks.  The footings have been poured and construction of the floor and walls will begin shortly.  Please check back for updates and photos as we build the next generation of efficient homes.  We thank the families for the opportunity to work on their projects and the community for interest in our building methods.

3rd Annual Bellevue “Exposed” event

The Bellevue Herald-Leader is hosting the 3rd annual Bellevue “Exposed” event Saturday, April 16th at the Bellevue High School in Bellevue, IA to promote local businesses.  EverGreen Construction will have a booth at the event to showcase their building methods and products.  The event runs from 10am until 3pm.  For more information please contact Jason at (563) 580-8826.

Basement Remodel

EverGreen is nearing completion on a basement remodel in Dubuque, IA.  The renovation includes a beautiful tile bathroom complete with a refurbished turn of the century cast iron tub and a spacious recreation room with state-of-the-art LED lighting.  Stop back for updates and photos.

Tri-State Home & Builders Show

The Tri-State Home & Builders show kicked off yesterday in good fashion and will be going all day today and the majority of tomorrow. Be sure to stop by our booth to see our us, we are in very high spirits! Hope to see you there.

Bellevue Home Underway

EverGreen Nominated for National Award

An EverGreen home in Epworth, IA has been nominated for the 2011 SIPA (Structural Insulated Panel Association) Building Excellence Awards. The winner and finalists will be announced March 21st at the SIPA national convention in North Carolina. The nominated project scored a personal best HERS score of 39 without the use of solar or wind generation. This home is a ground breaking achievement for the building community.

Tri-State Home & Builders Show

EverGreen Construction and Extreme Panels will have a booth at the 2011 Tri-State Home & Builders Show at the Grand Harbor Convention Center in Dubuque, IA March 11-13.  The booth will showcase a 8′x10′ Structural Insulated Panel structure, a live demonstration of creating CAD home plans, utility bills from our completed projects, a visual display of past projects as well as 3D plans, LED lighting & ‘Green’ cleaning products.
